Faculty & Staff
We are proud of our teachers and their accomplishments. Each of our home-room teachers, from kindergarten to eighth grade, are not only Illinois state certified, but have at least a bachelor's degree in elementary education. Our staff averages over ten years of teaching experience and boasts among them three masters degrees. The teachers and staff here work hard to help our students develop a strong sense of ethics, moral confidence and self-discipline through the teaching of God's Word and through their lead-by-example lifestyles.
Mr. Laurence B. Beadle | Principal
Bio:
Larry is a graduate of NIU with degrees in Biology and Education Administration. He taught science prior to becoming a principal. Reading, listening to music, and "hanging out" with family are his favorite things to do when not working. He and his family are living a "Christ focused" life and believe God has sent them to Christian Hills School.
Ms. Heather Martin | K.3
Bio:
Heather began teaching at Christian Hills School in 2010. She earned her degree in early childhood education from Eastern Illinois University.
Mrs. Catherine Chevalier-Sapulich | K.4
Bio:
Cathy has been teaching for 25 years, the last 8 at Christian Hills. She has a BA in elementary education with a minor in music and has experience teaching preschool thru eighth grade.
Mrs. Lauren Bowman | K.4
Bio:
Lauren received her BA in elementary education from Trinity Christian College. She is a first year teacher and is blessed with excellent, enthusiastic learners."
Mrs. Dawn Mollo | K.5
Bio:
Mrs. Mollo is a 1978 graduate of Illinois State University. While teaching special education in the Orland Public schools, she got her M.Ed from National-Louis University. She took time off to raise her children and then began substituting at Christian Hills when her children were students here. She has LOVED teaching kindergarten as a full time teacher since 2001.
Mrs. Kathy McCartney | 1st Grade
Bio:
Mrs. McCartney has been teaching for 18 years. She graduated from North Central Bible College with a degree in Christian Education. She went to Bemidji State and finished her Elementary Education and Early Childhood degree. She also has her masters in Elementary Reading from Walden University. She loves seeing young minds soak in knowledge and blossom in their reading!
Mrs. Denise Robinson | 2nd Grade
Bio:
Mrs. Robinson received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania. In 1998, Denise began her teaching career at Homewood Christian Academy in Homewood IL, where she taught fourth grade for 13 years and coached the varsity and Jr varsity girl's basketball teams. From 2001 to 2005, she substituted and tutored part time to be at home to raise her daughter. In 2005, she joined the faculty at Christian Hills School as a second grade teacher when her daughter entered the preK program full time. In her 8 years at CHS, she supervised a student teacher from Trinity Christian College, served on the Chapel Committee and is currently the coordinator and sponsor of the Ribbon Dance ministry. As a second grade teacher, she appreciates the freedom to teach using a Biblical philosophy of education. She is also convinced it is the way to educate children so they might see how God is central and connected to every aspect of their lives and education.
Mrs. Donna Anson | 3rd Grade
Bio:
Mrs. Anson is a graduate of Pillsbury Bible College in Owatonna, Minnesota. She has a double major in Bible and Elementary Education. Mrs. Anson has taught for 30+ years, the last 12 being here at CHS. She has been the supervising teacher for several student teachers and has been a mentor teacher and lead teacher here at CHS. She loves to work with third graders because they still love learning, yet are more independent than their younger counterparts. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing the light in a student's eyes when they finally "get it."
Mrs. Nicki Bergeron | 4th Grade
Bio:
Nicki graduated from Saint Xavier University, in 2002, with a BA in Education. She taught fourth grade for six years in the New Lenox School District. She took two years off to be with her children and is now back with us at CHS. This is Nicki's second year at CHS and her eighth year teaching fourth grade.
Mrs. Kimberly Admire | 5th Grade
Bio:
Kimberly Admire has been teaching for 10 years, the last 3 have been here at Christian Hills. She has a Bachelors Degree in Speech Pathology and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from St. Xavier University in Chicago. She currently is attending Olivet Nazarene University for her Masters in Leadership Improvement (Type 75). She is the fifth grader teacher, as well as the Athletic Director and Head Coach of Girls Basketball and Volleyball.
Mrs. Kathy White | 6th Grade

Kathleen White has been teaching for sixteen years with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters in Education from National-Louis University. Kathleen's major is in Biology with a Mathematics Concentration. Kathleen also is certified in Gifted education. Kathleen is currently teaching our junior high Science and Mathematics.

Katie graduated form Saint Xavier with a Bachelors in english education and has spent the last 3 years teaching at Christian Hills School.

Bio:
Jennifer has been with us for 5 years and has a Bachelors in art education from Trinity Christian College.
Ms. Nichole Britton | Music
Bio:
Is a 1999 graduate from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. She holds her Bachelors of Music Education and is certified to teach General Music and choir for grades k-12. Mrs. Britton has 11 years of teaching experience at various grade levels, including preschool music. Most recently Mrs. Britton worked in the Lemont schools for 8 years and at Nazarene Preschool in Lemont for one year.
Mrs. Tamara Pole | Computer Science
Bio:
Mrs. Pole is a Computer teacher for grades K4-8th. She graduated from The Berkley College of Business with a certificate in Cooperative Business Skills. She has been teaching computer at Christian Hills School for the past 14 years. She is proficient in teaching keyboarding, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher.
Mrs. Marion Pawlowski | Physical Education
Bio:
Marion has been at Christian Hills School for 15 years. She has worked with children K-3, K-4, K-5 thru 8th grade. She is very enthusiastic about working with children and helping them to live up to good Christian standards, self esteem, and achieve their optimum physical abilities and goals.
Mrs. Cheryl Nesci | Spanish
Bio:
Señora Nesci has a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Western Illinois University with 20 years teaching experience. She has taught in an elementary classroom for thirteen years and has taught Spanish at Christian Hills for the last seven years.

Bio:
Mrs. Paluch has been here for 13 years and has been working in libraries since she was in fourth grade. Sue has an Associates Degree in Office Services and a Certificate in Early Childhood Development. She is also the editor of the Lion's Roar School Newspaper.
Mrs. Debbie Barker | Extended Care / Substitute Teacher

Debbie has worked at Christian Hills School for the past three years. She has over nine years of experience working with children from ages Infant through eighth grade. She is very compassionate about helping children learn and watching them achieve their own potential. Debbie has a Certificate and Associate Degree in Early Childhood from Triton College, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Lewis University. In addition, she is Substitute Teaching and ParaProfessional Certified.

A Calvin College graduate with a BA in elementary education, Joyce has been teaching elementary students for 32 years!
